initial phone interview as screening. In person interview after that with Finance/Operations. standard questions and some behavioral. Head of Sales after that. Very brief. Routine process. Straightforward. Nothing surprising. Brief tour of the place. Introduced to a few warehouse people. See if would be a good fit - personality and environment.
