There were 15 questions, and most of them were similar and related to the position. But I felt that the interviewers were just doing a process; they were not very engaging.

Very thorough interview process. Should take about 30 to 45 minutes. Don’t get any feedback. Prepare about policy, legislation and past experiences. Use the STAR technique when answering questions as it’s a points based system.
