Applied on online req, I received a phone call to set an in person interview Inside of the store. Once I arrived I was than asked a bunch of questions. I want to say either a day or 2 later I was sent an offer letter.

Very easy and typical. The interview was short and over the phone, and job offers usually come at the end. As long as you sound interested in the job, you'll be hired.
