There is no clarity on the company's identity, its GTM strategy, or how to navigate from A to Z in an evolving market.
Transformation must be CEO-led, but SLT-driven. For the organization to scale, the leadership architecture requires an overhaul to ensure executives function as business owners rather than department leads.
