Very easy and relaxed. Done with two senior members of the paralegal team. All behavioural, nothing techincal. Basic behaviour questions. Have a relaxed and open personality, be confident in body language as well.

30 minute interview with a partner and HR. The interview was in between formal and a chat - given 1-2 minutes to respond to a series of questions. At the end, you could ask questions.

Question 1
What is a hardship you encountered and how did you adapt
It was an online interview, very short with one of the recruitment managers. The call lasted maybe 10 minutes max and asked one behavioural question and how i feel working repetitive tasks.
