I applied online. I interviewed at Clearanswer in Oct 2017
Interview
I was called for interview. Firstly I did a computer test which involved typing up the details of a recorded call, which was very basic and took only a couple of minutes. Then I filled out a huge set of forms asking for a lot of detail and career history, and also one for my health, which took about 15/20 minutes (I would recommend bringing a few cv's - I brought one and it was taken by the interviewer so I had to use a cv saved to my phone). I then had a formal interview for about 10 minutes. After this I was immediately accepted, until I mentioned having put mental illness on my form. I was put under pressure to disclose my illness (which I didn't, as it is not a legal requirement to disclose specifics), and was then asked further degrading and suspicious questions such as "ooh, it's not bipolar is it?" and "are you sure you are fit for work?". I assured her I was fine to work despite feeling very uncomfortable that I was been grilled so hard on this, especially since I had just successfully completed the interview. I was then told that there would be no flexibility for me to attend therapy (which is understandable but I hadn't even mentioned the dates), and I was told "I wouldn't have put that [my illness] on the form if I were you." Having reflected on this treatment of me and her attitude towards mental health I called back and declined the offer.
