Clearscale interview questions

HR screening. Panel interview. Mock call. Followed by a final interview by the hiring manager. A background in cloud and cold calling as well as stats and numbers. Not much more than that.

Was contacted multiple times to schedule a call with the CEO. Finally secured a day & time to his availability. I show up for the 1 hour video call and he does not show up at all. I called the HR team during the scheduled time to see what is going on. I’m on Linkedin at the same time doing research only to notice the CEO just looked at my profile 2 minutes before the interview start time. Weird. Finally I get an email later in the day saying the job was filled. Only to find the same job posted the next day on Glassdoor and LinkedIn. Clearly there is a tremendous Lack of Integrity and honesty at this company. I would not trust this company nor their leadership. The board of directors need to take action before the company fails miserably.
