I found this job through the website job listings. I applied online, and within a couple weeks was called to schedule an in-person interview. Once there I underwent a short series of personality and aptitude tests, and then an interview with the HR Manager and the Branch Manager. About a week later I was offered the position.

The branch manager and HR person were very good at being inviting, and the interview overall was not difficult. They expected standard things such as experience, respect of patron privacy, impartial application of policies, etc.
