Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult coworker
The interview process was overall smooth and well organized, with clear communication at each stage. However, it is fairly rigorous and thorough, involving multiple rounds of interviews with different members of the team. While time-intensive, the process reflects the organization’s emphasis on finding the right clinical and cultural fit.
Took four months for them to contact me, then another several months for them to let me know they were not offering me the position. Entirely too long! In the meantime, I had to accept another position.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic
Interview
Everyone was a pleasure to meet, some disorganization was definitely noted. Overall wasn’t a bad experience. I think if they were communicating better with one another it would of been smoother for me.
