I applied on a Friday and had an email inviting me to take the online assessment on Monday. Assessment said 1 hour, but I took 2 hours. Fairly straightforward, but tougher than expected personality assessment....definitely looking for a certain fit

30 minute Intro call with HR. pretty straightforward and pleasant.
Next part was a 2-hour cold-calling project to hardware stores to try to find out about their sales. none of the stores want to talk to you. Really poor experience and reflects terrible on CRC.
