They are very transparent with their interview process; Initial Interview with HR > job related project > further interview. The initial interview was fine, HR was kind, maybe a bit rushed. Then you get to the project (almost a month later after not hearing from anyone). Absolutely terrible and a waste of your time. I already work 40 hours a week, it was hard to do this quickly. You then need to create an account with their platform and another video recording service. Learn their platform and create a tutorial video. Additionally answer questions so they know your professional tone (this request, to me, very reasonable). If you do not receive an offer, no worries, your inbox will be spammed by their site (along with the video site). Receiving follow up emails from the company after being rejected really puts salt in the wound, on top of being straight up annoying. You should not have to sign up for a site, create a fake calendar, and learn their platform just to be considered. In the end, happy to have not been selected to be a part of this seemingly "cool kids club".

Really negative experience interviewing with one of the hiring managers. She was very low energy and seemed completely unexcited and unenthused about interviewing me. I received a quick response at least and did not receive an offer but after interviewing, I didn't want to work at this company anyway.
