Informal. Took place at the care itself. Brief informal chat followed by making coffee for people who worked there. Instantly familiar vibe. Lovely warm people. Was a bit intimidating having to make coffee for the whole team and dial in coffee during a busy time of day - but I suppose they wanted to see how I'd deal with a real-life situation.
