There are six rounds of interviews. One round of behavioral interview where you talk about past experiences and resume. The remaining five rounds are coding interviews. Each round of interview is about an hour. For coding interviews, the engineers are very friendly. They'd guide you and point you to the right directions when you're stuck. Most of them would like you to talk about what you think while you're coding. It feels collaborative.

Question 1
It's leaning towards easier end of medium level leetcode problems.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Clinc (Ann Arbor, MI) in Dec 2017
Interview
Quick phone/skype screening. Fit seemed pretty accurate based on my experience and their needs.
In person interview was a few parts with lead/managers and then director. Which was more or less trying to get to know you which all went great.
I think in general Clinc was having a hard time pinpointing what exactly they wanted in a candidate which ultimately wasted my time and theirs. Pay range for what they probably wanted which is years of experience in many areas, wouldn't come close to what someone would accept. Something has to give.
Be more realistic upfront and assertive in what you want before you have candidates spend time to interview.
