Clinch interview questions

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback on your experience. With the high volume of applications received for this position, we were trialing the use of video interviews to assist with initial screening and to ensure everyone had a fair chance in the process. It sounds like you progressed through the process and secured an interview which is exactly what we hope for. It does however, feel like we may have missed the mark for you with the way the role was initially advertised, so we will take this important feedback on board and review our practices to try and ensure this doesn't reoccur.
