Clinical Ink interview questions

The interview process went well. I had my final interview with the hiring manager and I was supposed to be updated by the end of the week. Ghosted. This is disrespectful to the candidate.

I got a phone interview with HR she asked regular HR questions like Why do you want to work here? , but also some technical questions, which was surprising for the first phone interview. Also asked How do you stay organized?
