I applied online and was contacted to do a phone interview with the HR rep a few days later. The first interview was about 20 minutes long with HR rep. Afterwards I was email an excel exam to take within 48 hours (only takes like 1-2 to finish) then send it back. Once they received and reviewed that, I was contacted to have a second interview with someone in a similar position to the one I would be in. That phone interview lasted about 30-40 minutes and asked more specific/behavioral questions. A few days later I had the third and final interview with the director of budgeting. He asked very specific questions to my budgeting skills and phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. 3 days later I was offered the job.
