it took about a month to hear back from application submission to notice of first interview. I went through two virtual rounds of interviews with two different people, about two weeks apart. did not hear back after this -- I had to reach out to ask about the status of the candidacy.

tell us about yourself questions, tell me about a time you worked towards a metric, "company is changing their food packaging. they want to do paper plastics or compostable. how would you advise them? "
