Please describe XGBoost train process in elementary arithmetic operations
Interview was good but I've got any feedback after it. It is OK for me to have negative feedback but not having any feedback is not good approach on my opinion - that is just unrespectful.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CloudMade in Mar 2019
Interview
Initial call w/ CM recruiter. Given 2 projects. Submitted projects and didn't hear back. Sent two follow-up emails and a LinkedIn message and still no reply. For a position where you ask a candidate to do projects as part of the hiring process, it is disappointing and unprofessional for your HR Recruiter not to follow-up. You may be a great company to work for but your hiring process needed to be re-evaluated.
