The interview process at Clover Infotech was extremely disappointing and felt more like enrolling in a paid course than a genuine job opportunity. The company asks for ₹1,00,000 as a Demand Draft before joining, along with a 3.6-year bond, and if you break it, you must pay ₹4,00,000. They provide 6 months of training after taking this money and then offer a PPO in their own company. The management is very poor, prioritizing candidates with references instead of skilled ones, and there is no transparency. The technical interview was the worst I have ever experienced—the interviewer lacked knowledge about what he was asking and was just an employee, not an expert. It is clear they only want candidates who can pay ₹1 lakh upfront and commit for years, not those with actual talent. They also prefer candidates ready to work on the Central Line of Mumbai. Overall, the process felt exploitative and unfair, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a genuine opportunity.
