relatively simple, the company culture seems to be very relaxed and that showed throughout my visit as well as the interview process as a whole. The people were friendly and I got the chance to meet many of the people that work there.

Be prepared for a 2+ hour interview, but it is very relaxed. They let you meet a wide range of people in the company, from executives to entry level personnel.
