Coastal Ridge Real Estate interview questions

One screening then interview with someone in the office. The process is not to hard just know behavioral and real estate related questions. Must have experience in financial modeling and show interest in the role.

While the interviewers were nice and clearly care about the company, the interview process is ridiculously long and drawn out. The process from my initial phone screening to an eventual rejection took 8 weeks. I was told by the hiring manager that I would hear back a week to a week an a half after the interview, and then received an email a month later. By that point, I'd decided that, due to poor communication practices, this company was not the right fit for me. It's a shame because they are a very reputable company and their employees seem to care about their success. Unfortunately, I've heard from others in the industry that this is a typical experience with applicants waiting weeks for a follow up.
