There is a focus on training and professional development. Employees have access to structured onboarding and ongoing role-based learning. There is a clear focus on long-term development and a desire to promote internally when roles open up. Leadership is visible and involved and encourages ideas, feedback, and collaboration across departments.

      Cons

      This is a fast‑paced environment - especially during peak seasons or periods of change. Employees are expected to be adaptable and organized. Not ideal for those seeking a slow or rigid structure. This is a good environment for self‑starters but may feel challenging for individuals who prefer highly static roles or minimal change.
