Cobb County Police Department interview questions

The interview process is lengthy but required to ensure the department is only hiring quality officers. The initial interview is made up of a myriad of tests. Be prepared to take an agility test first. If you pass that you will be given a face to face interview. Pass that and then you will take a physical exam, polygraph, and plan on spending an entire day with a psychologist. Pass everything successfully and you will do a final interview. During the entire interview process I was treated with respect.
