Interview
People Operations Assoc reached out to schedule an interview with Corporate HR (Human Co.). It was scheduled incorrectly and was moved on me and my first name was misspelled in communication.
The actual interview went well and I was informed “big news” regarding the company’s future was coming, which seemed exciting. It was a huge letdown to hear a vegan company was now changing to a dairy (also) company. Very backwards and I decided not to proceed.

Interview
A 30 minute phone interview, and two interviews of excess of 2 hours each. First HR asked me questions about my overall knowledge. Then they called me in for an interview where 3 people interviewed me. Then my references were called. Then I was called in for another interview where a few more people interviewed me. At that point I was hired on the spot, but the whole process took a few weeks.
