Our Dream is to bring people together for a better world.
Fueling our ambition for the future. Building common ground. Strengthening connections. And achieving more together. Our company culture not only defines who we are, but also provides the energy and the focus to drive us towards our Dream.
Anheuser-Busch InBev is a publicly traded company (Euronext: ABI) based in Leuven, Belgium, with secondary listings on the Mexico (MEXBOL: ANB) and South Africa (JSE: ANH) stock exchanges and with American Depositary Receipts on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: BUD). Our Dream is to bring people together for a better world.
Beer, the original social network, has been bringing people together for thousands of years. We are committed to building great brands that stand the test of time and to brewing the best beers using the finest natural ingredients. Our diverse portfolio of well over 400 beer brands includes global brands Budweiser®, Corona® and Stella Artois®; multi-country brands Beck’s®, Castle®, Castle Lite®, Hoegaarden®, and Leffe®; and local champions such as Aguila®, Antarctica®, Bud Light®, Brahma®, Cass®, Chernigivske®, Cristal®, Harbin®, Jupiler®, Klinskoye®, Michelob Ultra®, Modelo Especial®, Quilmes®, Victoria®, Sedrin®, Sibirskaya Korona®, and Skol®. Our brewing heritage dates back more than 600 years, spanning continents and generations. From our European roots at the Den Hoorn brewery in Leuven, Belgium. To the pioneering spirit of the Anheuser & Co brewery in St. Louis, US. To the creation of the Castle Brewery in South Africa during the Johannesburg gold rush. To Bohemia, the first brewery in Brazil. Geographically diversified with a balanced exposure to developed and developing markets, we leverage the collective strengths of approximately 200,000 employees based in more than 50 countries worldwide. In 2015, on a combined pro forma basis, AB InBev realized 55.5 billion US dollar in revenues (excluding JVs and associates).
We know our Dream is ambitious. But any dream worth pursuing should be.
We strive to make the world a better place. Combining our scale, resources and energy with the needs of our communities.
Our sustainability strategy is embedded throughout our business and across our supply chain. Enabling growth that benefits us and local communities and creating opportunities for all. When our business grows, communities grow. And when communities grow, so does our business.
We aim to tackle issues that are most material to our business and where we can make the most positive impact. By working together with local communities, NGOs, suppliers, governments, consumers and beyond, we can create value for all.

Advice to Management
couch your team members more on work-life balance
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Luton, East of England, England) in February 2017.
There were 4 sets of online tests, all cultural fit sent one after each other. The next step was a phone interview which involved strength based questions and then- there were about 10. Next while on the phone they email a business case and then they call you back in 30mins and you have to present your beer choice and why in 7-10mins. Final stage was the assessment centre in Luton. This was a picture story round, a strength based interview, a group business case where you had to choose what products to invest and then present,
