In a constantly evolving industry, we take the development of high quality future leaders very seriously. Our Global Management Trainee Program is an intensive 10-month rotational program designed for the brightest, most driven university graduates.
Join us and you’ll be given stimulating, exciting and relevant experiences right from the start. We want to create well-rounded leaders, so you’ll be immersed in various functional areas of the company, learning about the Supply and Commercial organizations from the ground up through a variety of hands-on assignments. You will also get exposure to Senior Management to link your experiences back to company strategy.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for highly ambitious and responsible recent university graduates with impressive amounts of drive and a degree in Business, Engineering and other majors. You need to be capable of taking on challenging positions early in your career and show us that you can adapt well to different work situations. Proactive with plenty of initiative, you’ll bring an impressive ability to connect with others within the company. And with your analytical mindset, you can make a plan, take action and measure the result.
Having successfully completed the program, you’ll take on an entry-level management position suited to your profile, interests and results. You’ll also be partnered with a mentor. Show great results after 12-18 months, and we’ll expect you to embrace your next challenge in a more senior role.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Luton, South West England, England) in May 2016.
CV screening and cover letter. Personality test. Phone interview by recruitment agency that was mainly strength based, but also included questions on the firm/industry e.g. 'what's your favourite beer'? Invited to ABI day which consisted of a very similarly styled interview, storyboard presentation, group case and finally quick fire questions.
