Our Company

Anheuser-Busch InBev Company Profile

Anheuser-Busch InBev is a publicly traded company (Euronext: ABI) based in Leuven, Belgium, with secondary listings on the Mexico (MEXBOL: ANB) and South Africa (JSE: ANH) stock exchanges and with American Depositary Receipts on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: BUD). Our Dream is to bring people together for a better world.

Beer, the original social network, has been bringing people together for thousands of years. We are committed to building great brands that stand the test of time and to brewing the best beers using the finest natural ingredients. Our diverse portfolio of well over 400 beer brands includes global brands Budweiser®, Corona® and Stella Artois®; multi-country brands Beck’s®, Castle®, Castle Lite®, Hoegaarden®, and Leffe®; and local champions such as Aguila®, Antarctica®, Bud Light®, Brahma®, Cass®, Chernigivske®, Cristal®, Harbin®, Jupiler®, Klinskoye®, Michelob Ultra®, Modelo Especial®, Quilmes®, Victoria®, Sedrin®, Sibirskaya Korona®, and Skol®. Our brewing heritage dates back more than 600 years, spanning continents and generations. From our European roots at the Den Hoorn brewery in Leuven, Belgium. To the pioneering spirit of the Anheuser & Co brewery in St. Louis, US. To the creation of the Castle Brewery in South Africa during the Johannesburg gold rush. To Bohemia, the first brewery in Brazil. Geographically diversified with a balanced exposure to developed and developing markets, we leverage the collective strengths of approximately 200,000 employees based in more than 50 countries worldwide. In 2015, on a combined pro forma basis, AB InBev realized 55.5 billion US dollar in revenues (excluding JVs and associates).

Our 10 principles

The driving force behind our culture is our 10 Principles. Built on ownership, informality, candor, transparency and meritocracy. We set ourselves stretch targets and are never completely satisfied with our results.

Bringing People Together For a Better World

We know our Dream is ambitious. But any dream worth pursuing should be.

We strive to make the world a better place. Combining our scale, resources and energy with the needs of our communities.

Our sustainability strategy is embedded throughout our business and across our supply chain. Enabling growth that benefits us and local communities and creating opportunities for all. When our business grows, communities grow. And when communities grow, so does our business.

We aim to tackle issues that are most material to our business and where we can make the most positive impact. By working together with local communities, NGOs, suppliers, governments, consumers and beyond, we can create value for all.

In a constantly evolving industry, we take the development of high quality future leaders very seriously. Our Global Management Trainee Program is an intensive 10-month rotational program designed for the brightest, most driven university graduates.

Join us and you’ll be given stimulating, exciting and relevant experiences right from the start. We want to create well-rounded leaders, so you’ll be immersed in various functional areas of the company, learning about the Supply and Commercial organizations from the ground up through a variety of hands-on assignments. You will also get exposure to Senior Management to link your experiences back to company strategy.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for highly ambitious and responsible recent university graduates with impressive amounts of drive and a degree in Business, Engineering and other majors. You need to be capable of taking on challenging positions early in your career and show us that you can adapt well to different work situations.  Proactive with plenty of initiative, you’ll bring an impressive ability to connect with others within the company. And with your analytical mindset, you can make a plan, take action and measure the result.

Your future

Having successfully completed the program, you’ll take on an entry-level management position suited to your profile, interests and results. You’ll also be partnered with a mentor. Show great results after 12-18 months, and we’ll expect you to embrace your next challenge in a more senior role.

Our Global MBA Program is the path to a high-achieving leadership career with real-world experience in a variety of environments, exposure to every aspect of our industry and the opportunity to take on diverse roles.

You’ll become a pivotal player in a quick-moving, time-sensitive, competitive sector, within an organization that’s growing rapidly. It’s a place where the future will be defined by you.

Who are we looking for?

Our program is designed for MBAs from top-ranked business schools with diverse backgrounds. We’re looking for the most ambitious and the brightest. People who want to be challenged and are challenging. MBAs who aren’t afraid to work outside of their comfort zone. Competitive, adaptive and tenacious go-getters who can think analytically, communicate candidly and work well in an informal environment. And, ultimately, those who will thrive in a culture that values ownership, promotes excellence and rewards the best performers.

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Luton, East of England, England) in February 2017.

There were 4 sets of online tests, all cultural fit sent one after each other. The next step was a phone interview which involved strength based questions and then- there were about 10. Next while on the phone they email a business case and then they call you back in 30mins and you have to present your beer choice and why in 7-10mins. Final stage was the assessment centre in Luton. This was a picture story round, a strength based interview, a group business case where you had to choose what products to invest and then present,
