It's a long interview process, there are 10 steps:
Round #1 - HR Intro Call: Discuss Role, Company & experience
Round #2 - First PM Interview with Rick - 60 minutes.
Round #3 - Case Study - 72 hours to complete (however, you can request more time if needed).
Round #4 - Second PM Interview with Cait
Round #5 - DISC profile request
Round #6 - Final Interview with Vincent (CEO) - 45 minutes
Round #7 - References request
Round #8 - Verbal offer, followed up with an email with all the information discussed during this call by writing.
Round #9 - Formal Offer Letter
Round #10 - Background Check
They have interesting projects, an amazing team and everyone is willing to help. If you decide to apply, I would recommend micromanaging the HR department, there were a lot of delays and sometimes misinformation (I understand that requirements change, especially in a startup environment).
I made it to the final interview, but after spending several hours on interviews, tests, chasing HR, and practical exercises, I never got feedback on why I didn't get the job (asked twice).
I feel that once you join Codelitt, communication gets better since everyone seemed very happy to be working there.
