Hello, I passed first coding test step then I got technical interview. It was live-coding. I solved both of 2 problems very quickly using my logic. I used 2 different data structures + stream structure without looking anywhere. My alghoritms complexities were low. They asked me to change if-else blocks and put something else. I said we can use also streams filter qualification. I am only 2 years experienced software developer. I asked about what points I need to improve myself but I could not have a detailed expression about my eliminated. Actually this makes me sad because I dont think that i am insufficient regarding my experience.

We’re a curious company. While we love to know when we’re doing a good job, it’s equally valuable to have a good grasp on what we could improve. Feedback like this is a huge help. In other words: We’ll do better. Promise.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cognite (Oslo) in Oct 2019
Interview
Had 3 interviews in total, two via google hangouts and one in person. The first was a short interview including a 15 minute coding task, the second was an hour long coding task. The in person interview was an hour long HR interview and an hour long whiteboard coding task.
The whole interview process was very quick, at each stage I received replies very quickly.
