Interview
Fairly straightforward. You'll first get on a call with a recruiter who will explain the company to you. After this initial call, you will get a screening interview just asking basic soft skill questions. After this, you'll get a link to an online assessment which is composed of basic computer science MC questions and one easy coding question

Describe a time you took initiative in communication.
Relatively simple coding questions to start with, I believe they are very open to people of all walks of life, and are very willing to train up prospective minds without judgement.
