Interview
I had 4 interviews in 2 weeks with the hiring manager, HR and another manager from a different area who was "checking me out".
My references were called from the very beginning and after the 4th interview I've never heard from the company again. Not even an "unfortunately" email.
In all interviews they kept reminding me how there is no good balance between work and personal life at the company.
First there was a phone interview with the direct manager who was very nice and explained the job and about the company.
Then there was an HR interview , she questioned about myself and my career.
Then there was another interview with the direct manager and his manager also.
Then another interview with the Head of Product.
