A series of questions about the role, my experience and the organisation as a whole; expectations around the role and what could be expected on a day-to-day basis. They asked questions surrounding my CV and how the experience was relevant and what exactly I did during previous roles. I needed to be informed about how the organisation ran and why it was so unique as well as events and sessions that it ran.

Interview
A long application which was very detailed and asked for my interests, alongside experience. This was followed by a test - around 45 minutes to do three tasks, which was challenging but quite fun as the tasks were interesting. This was followed by an initial interview, and then a second interview a week or two later.
