Video conference interview. It wasn’t uncomfortable per se, but I was interviewing about an industry where I knew more than the person interviewing me. This lead to an exchange that wasn’t as beneficial as it could’ve been.

A total of three interviews. First interview over the phone with HR rep to go over general questions and position requirements. Second was with manager of position. Third was with same manager that gave a walkthrough of facilities.

What was I looking in and to get out of this position.
The lady wanted to hear about every single job I have had dating 15 years back.
She was very adamant about getting me in for an interview. I wanted info on the job fisrt and glad I asked. She says it's cold calling customer's trying to get them to buy our products -of which I WOULD MAKE NO COMMISSION and that the job is temp to hire after 6 mo. If they decide to hire me I would get some kind of commission but she made it sound like it wouldn't be much. I declined, needless to say! And NONE of this was listed on the job description when I applied!
