I had a wonderful conversation with a representative at a career fair and immediately came home and applied for the internship we discussed. Very quickly I passed the screening process and was promised that an interview request would come via email within ten business days. It has been one month since I received the email highlighting the next steps, and I have yet to hear anything. The email that I received did not provide information for contact, and could not be replied to. I was so disappointed by being ignored after being offered an interview. My conversation with the representative got me so excited for the role and I was checking my email hourly for days. I would still love to work at this company, but not being followed up with after everything seemed to be going so well made the experience very disappointing.
