I did not have to formally interview to get the position. I submitted my resume to their website and was called a few months later asking if I was still interested in the position. The additional questions asked were verification of all things listed on my resume.

There was a brief phone interview around 20-30 minutes to ask a couple of case questions. After the interview I had to wait 2-3 weeks before someone emailed me to coordinate an in person interview. Then, there was in person interview on campus.

Very friendly and easy to talk. It was an average to easy interview, nothing to be afraid of. If you go over basic interview questions and elaborate on your skills you should be fine.

Brief interview, less than 30 minutes. Asked me to walk them through my resume. They really liked the background I had with lab skills because this is a R&D position. Also asked how I worked under pressure.
