Recruiter emailed me to set up a phone screen. Once we found a time that worked for us to chat, she proceeded to reschedule the meeting 3xs! I withdrew my application at that point. The lack of respect for my time was a major turn off. If that is how the recruiting process is, hate to see how things are actually working there.
