I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at College Works Painting
Interview
You first meet in a local coffee shop. Your recruiter will ask you a series of questions and then give you some pamphlets about CWP. You are set up for a phone interview. There are multiple phone interviews and then an in person interview with your District Manager.

I interviewed at College Works Painting (Kalamazoo, MI)
Interview
Starts with a phone screening, then Goes into an information session. Eventually you get to do a reverse interview and ask your questions as well as share information about yourself, from there are multiple formal interviews.
Straight forward and informative. You go through a couple of rounds of group interviews and then a phone call with the VP. Then an in-person interview at some location (Probably not now with covid).

Question 1
Mostly if you work hard and are willing to work for them?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at College Works Painting (Detroit, MI) in Dec 2021
Interview
3 rounds, one with district manager, one with President, and another I forgot. They like to hire people who played sports in high school and people who work hard. Ask if you have transportation and make sure you understand the internship is a painting business where you go D2D for leads.
