I applied for the Project Manager position they opened. The interview was casual, and weirdly, it was the CEO who spoke most of the time. I expected to be asked more about who I was and my previous experience and projects. However, the CEO didn't even listen to me properly and kept on talking for minutes about how they cared about doing a good job rather than making money, and how much they valued communication etc. They made me waste a whole hour talking about their so-called values and the importance of communication only to ghost me entirely after the interview, although they said that they would provide a feedback in 10 days. Also, they obviously didn't even bother to read my resume before the interview. When I talked about my previous projects, they sounded very surprised. I expected them to be more prepared and professional.
