Interview
Short round of introductions and description of the projects, then they had me introduce myself and tell a little bit about my background. The formal part of the interview was STAR method, with questions being around a time I had to use courage, a time using coaching, a time when a process was formed, etc.
The folks I interviewed with were very professional and friendly.
