Interview
Was super quick! Spoke to talent management for a phone screening and then got a call about an hour later to schedule the teams interview that same day! Everyone was really nice and asked not your typical interview questions. They spoke very highly about the benefits and emphasized how the culture is. Had me role play a couple situations to see how I would handle it. Made me feel like they wanted to get to know me and not just my resume.

Where do you see yourself going in 5 years? If a customer has multiple accounts with us but not a vehicle loan how would you pitch the idea or let them know that we offer auto loans?

Had 2 phone interviews, then proceeded to a zoom interview with the branch manager, ended with a final interview with the Regional Manager. Complex questions about previous work experience and put a ton of focus on sales and sales experience.
