Following my application for the company via LinkedIn, I was scheduled for a first-round interview with a company representative a few weeks later. During the 30-minute interview, I was asked about my background and previous project experience. I successfully cleared the round and was subsequently selected to move on to the second round of interviews. I performed exceptionally well in the second round of the interview and was confident that I would clear it easily. However, to my surprise, I was rejected in this round. I requested feedback on the reasons for their decision, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response and was left feeling ignored. Prior to the interview, I came across negative reviews of the company. Despite this, I decided to proceed with the interview process, but unfortunately, my personal experience turned out to be negative as well. I am struggling to comprehend why I was rejected after what I believed was a positive interview. It is disheartening to have one's time wasted if a company does not intend to hire anyone.
