Community Gateway Association interview questions

Probably the only place I have been where there is a practical involved. An then also a formal interview where your asked about your experience and they go through some health an safety stuff

No offer because I am white! Interviewed by rude asian woman who wasnt interested in me as a person or my answers to her raft of questions. The interview went exactly how the other reviewer described it, phone call then interview. At least 10 questions asked which weren't easy! I am more than qualified for this role but received no offer, after asking a family member who works at Gateway I was told no white person would be offered that position as they need to be seen to include more ethnic staff! Disgusted. Won't be applying again!
