So I applied to be their Director of Research and Evaluation and they asked me complete a skills test. After completing a three day long assignment (which by the way, they placed no limit on how much time I should be dedicating to the assessment when I'm not an employee so they basically abused my time), they emailed me "asking about my process" and said "we noted that you needed to list the times that you completed each task. Was there something that we/CHC said that is unclear." I know I actually listed the times on the assignment, so to give them the benefit of the doubt, I asked them to clarify what they mean, especially about the process. And then I received a rejection letter. So asking a question was enough for them to deny my candidacy. -The CEO is almost never in to perform her duties and delayed the interview for two-three weeks and she had her assistant cancel the interview several times.
