The interview was extremely straightforward and the interviewer could most likely see I was nervous. Despite this, they were extremely helpful and after asking about my interests and experience, they explained expectations and standard procedure.

Interview
We mostly communicated via email. I was given a tour and told about the internship in depth. I was told about the 3 rotations involved throughout the internship. Many of the current employees interned there as well during undergrad.

I was asked about the parameters of the internship so that we could make sure I was a good match.

Interview
The interview process is thorough, yet honest. I really appreciated how much they genuinely care about who they are hiring, particularly for interns. I have always been told that interns are replaceable, but at Community they made us each feel valued and listened to during our interview.
