I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Community HousingWorks (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
Typical multi-stage interview. Started with HR phone screen. After that was scheduled with the Operations Manager and s Technical Consultant that was helping with the candidate selection. Was about a 45 minute call. Was selected to move to the next round and asked to take a personality test first. After completion met with their ‘People’ VP. 30 minute call which was 50% about me and a heavy 50% emphasis on DEI. Final interview was with the COO, lasting just under an hour.
