Community Living Services interview questions

Interview process was interesting. Panel style via zoom. Everyone had dead expressions as if they either hated their jobs or were overly trying to put on neutral faces. Questions were outrageously repetitive

Round-table interview of four to five interviewers. Must know someone for a job opportunity most of the time the company has made inside offers to their current employees and they have first bids. Be prepare to speak about your strengths and weakness if any.
