Community Roots Housing interview questions

Directly following the application, a 30-minute phone interview with 6 standard, general questions (no phone screening or anything). Given the short time-frame for so many questions, no room was provided to describe the job or allow questions of my own. They asked me to send my questions via email to the person who first contacted me, who never responded. Quite frankly, it was pretty unprofessional. I think they had already picked someone and were going through the formalities at this point. Please don't waste applicants' time or your own if you have already decided to pick someone.
