6 stages including multiple tech tests, an IQ test, and a presentation. The final stage was a presentation, pseudo tech test, and a final interview in the London office. Honestly, I feel like anyone would know if they are going to hire you or not after the first few stages of interview, IQ test, tech test with out the final 3 stages. I was told after the last 3 stages that I would get a phone call by the end of the week.. Three weeks later I received a generic email on Christmas eve saying "We enjoyed looking at your CV but have decided to go forward with other candidates that skills align more closely to our vacancy." Incredibly dehumanising after all of the time, energy, and money spent researching, coding, and travel made for this role.
