I applied online. I interviewed at Compass Experience Labs in Sept 2021
Interview
Completed a web interview through Google Meets. The interview lasted less then 30 minutes. The interviewer was roughly 5 minutes late. She did not turn on her camera nor did she explain why. She had a terrible echo with her own voice and mine. I included in my application that I was not comfortable with phone calls and included my disability reasoning. I further explained this to the interviewer when she asked if I was comfortable with chat, email and phone. She rudely informed that she would keep my info but none of the current projects were accepting an employee who wouldn't take phone calls. Which seemed discriminatory. When discussing availability she stated working the weekend was required "because its customer service". She also made odd and slightly rude comments after I answered her questions.
She informed $13 pay, weekends required (no exception), equipment provided if you need (laptop and headset).
She did not explain if they do background, drug screening, or what is required for equipment.
Worst interview I've ever had. Felt like I wasn't respected.
