Phone screening from HR followed by Phone Interview from hiring manager and final on-site panel interview. Phone interviews were 30 min to 60 min long and were primarily focused on the skills review and match for this position. On-site panel interview lasted for 3 hours and was taken by different stakeholders ( peers, hiring manager, team members, and other department representatives). Although they look professional, their hiring process is biased. During the panel interview, they gave me full impression that i was the one they were looking for and its a done deal. Hiring manager even asked me to choose one role among two as they had two similar openings but after few days i got a different mail saying i am not selected for both positions.
So, please be careful. Don't celebrate till you get appointment letter on your hands.
