The team focused on real-world scenarios, especially around leading operations, working with physician partners, and managing financial responsibilities in an ASC environment. Horrible Candidate experience! HR is using an external recruiter. Completed initial interview and was then asked to complete an exercise. Was completely ghosted after taking time to complete the exercise even after following up. Hope whoever they hire can help them to improve their candidate experience as its clear the current team doesn't know what they're doing.

The first screening call with HR went fine, but the person completely ghosted me after multiple follow-ups. Probably one of my worst recruiting experiences. What a waste of time. What's worse, I don't think the HR understands the role they are hiring for at all.
