This all occurred pre-pandemic. One phone screening with member of the team continued by an interview with that same person and another group manager. Discussed my experiences and interests applicable to the role. After the interview I was shown around the office and met people on the team.

Question 1
Can't really recall as it was a while ago - go in with a safety mindset as there are some mini-case questions around how you would deal with safety scenarios even if your job is not in the field.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Con Edison (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
The interview was very extensive yet geared towards what I had put on my resume. Most of the questions were focused on my previous job experiences followed by some moral questions regarding companies property.
